Engineered Coatings

Coatings For Any Job

Impreglon Cellramic specializes in the application of coatings to new and worn machine parts. Using various engineered coatings we are able to improve the performance of new and existing parts. We are able to bring worn diameters back into OEM tolerances, often enhancing the original parts' performance and durability.

Engineered Coating Applications and Benefits

Impreglon's surface treatments provide exceptional durability, wear, corrosion and high temperature resistance to ensure maximized productivity and minimal downtime. We also develop high performance coatings to provide durable surfaces for machine parts such as rolls, guides, ink pans, etc. These coatings can create a low coefficient of friction and/or gripping surface and do not allow adhesives and other materials to stick or adhere.

Impreglon Cellramic's Engineered Coatings provide specific surface enhancements for a variety of industrial applications and our technical staff is available to discuss all your coating needs. Call us for solutions to your wear, slipping, and sticking problems.

Bestselling Industrial Coatings

In the chart below you will find a sampling of some of the different coatings we offer and their characteristics.
